We handle site preparation and earthworks, the cast-in-place structure, façades, roofing and building services. The client has one point of responsibility for scope, schedule and quality at every stage, with no need to coordinate a dozen separate contractors.

We build civil-defence shelters
We have built shelters inside educational and commercial buildings, including reconstructions of buildings already in use. The solution is designed together with the structure, so finished work never has to be undone.

We hand the building over with the full document set
We see the acceptance through and prepare the as-built documentation and approvals. Ten projects delivered as general contractor: schools, medical facilities, business centres, logistics and retail.
