We take a space from first fix to final finish: walls, ceilings, partitions, floors and the associated services works. We build to the client's approved drawings and specifications.

We work in common areas
We have finished common areas on Kovalska Group residential schemes, at Paladium and at Renesans Residence, where expectations for both appearance and schedule are at their highest.

We check every surface at every stage
We sign off the substrate and record its geometry and readiness for the finishing materials. That is what keeps rework off the table once the finishes are done.
