We prepare the substrate and lay screed built for the load
We level the substrate, lay damp-proofing and acoustic insulation, reinforce where required and pour the screed to the calculated thickness. The specification follows the covering to come and the loads in service.

We lay screed as a separate package for general contractors
Floor screed is a discipline in its own right here. We come onto sites of any size with our own plant and crews and fit into the main construction programme.

We verify level and readiness for the floor covering
We check flatness, moisture and strength before handing over to the next trade, so the covering goes down without defects.
